Gratitude Gesture: Recipients are encouraged to send a thank-you note to express their appreciation to the donor. Merit and Referral System: Our assistance program operates on a merit-based approach and relies on referrals from friends for verification. Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline assistance based on our discretion and criteria.
