Hi everyone! 🥰 Life has been a little hectic lately, but we’ve still been doing meaningful work through our 501(c)(3), The Forever Angels. Now it’s time to get back into full gear and focus on the big things! 💪✨

Many of you have been asking if we’re doing anything for Thanksgiving 🦃🍂, and the answer is YES! Our social worker has connected us with a few families in need 🫶, and we’d love your support to make their Thanksgiving extra special.

If you’d like to help, please consider donating to our Harvest Angel 🌾🎁. Together, we can make a big difference for these families.

Silver Angel 👼 Bringing Comfort in the Final Days

At The Forever Angels, we’re dedicated to taking care of essential needs for the elderly and those in hospice during their final days. Once those needs are met, we’re able to give hope. Thanks to a generous donation to our Silver Angel, we were able to buy a dementia cat. This cat brings joy and peace to those who need it most.

The Silver Angel is all about making sure no one has to be alone in their last days. Whether it’s through the companionship of an animal or just being there for someone, we’re here to help.

Your support helps us continue this important work, bringing comfort, care, and hope to those who need it.

I recently received this heartfelt message of gratitude from a family we were able to assist, and it truly captures the essence of what we do at The Forever Angels:

“Thank you to Allison & Jennifer and the Forever Angels charity for helping a family in our community! They were responsive, and very quick with helping this family. We are beyond grateful and glad that they were kind enough to help. Thank you again Forever Angels for your time and grace. We are all beyond grateful.”

This message reflects the story of a mother living in an RV park with her six children, one of whom has special needs. When she found herself unable to make rent and facing the possibility of eviction, it was the collective efforts of our community and the quick action of The Forever Angels that made all the difference.

With the information provided by the social worker from the two schools we support, we were able to step in and cover some of her rent just in time, ensuring that she and her children could remain in their home. This experience underscores the power of community and the incredible impact we can have when we work together.

This past week, a local family faced an unimaginable tragedy—the sudden loss of a father and husband due to a drowning accident. The family, with an eighth-grade boy and a third-grade girl, is now navigating life without their father.During times like these, many families find themselves caught in the long process of applying for government assistance, filling out paperwork, and waiting for help to arrive. But grief doesn’t wait, and the last thing a mourning family should have to worry about is jumping through bureaucratic hoops. This is where The Forever Angels steps in. We were able to provide immediate assistance to this grieving family, ensuring they had what they needed without delay. We provided gift cards so the mother didn’t have to worry about cooking, groceries, and new school clothes for the children At The Forever Angels, we are committed to being there for our community when it matters most. Our ability to act swiftly, without the red tape, is essential in providing the support families need in their darkest hours. If you’d like to learn more about our work or contribute to helping families like this, please visit our website: www.theforeverangels.com#angel #help #giveback

Today, we took a trip downtown with sandwiches, drinks, and treats to share with those in need. It was our small way of spreading hope and filling tummies. It’s amazing how a simple gesture can bring such big smiles.

This Fourth of July, we had the honor of recognizing a remarkable veteran, Ben, through our charity, The Forever Angels. Ben was recommended by my friend Brad, who has been a great advocate for veterans and a supporter of our cause. Brad’s advocacy helped us connect with Ben, allowing us to assist him in a meaningful way.

Brad’s Story:

  1. Where did you serve?
I served in Alaska with the 3rd Battalion, 509th Parachute Infantry Regiment and in Iraq from 2006 to 2007.
  2. What was your favorite thing about serving?
The best part about serving was being around the high caliber of people. They became lifelong friends.
  3. What was the hardest part about serving?
The hardest part was seeing those friends get killed and wounded, and then seeing the ones who made it home having to deal with the mental issues.

Ben’s Story:

  1. Where did you serve?
I served in Afghanistan, Asia, and a few spots in the Middle East.
  2. What was your favorite thing about serving?
The best part of serving was working and fighting next to the bravest men I have ever known.
  3. What was the hardest part about serving?
The worst part of serving was leaving my family. I served to help ensure they had a more secure future, but it was painful to leave them each deployment.

At Forever Angels, we support various causes, including the Red Resilient Angel (Veterans’ Support), which provides mental health support, service dog training, art therapy programs, wardrobe updates, outdoor retreats, meal delivery, and transportation gift cards.

We thank Ben and Brad for their service and are grateful for the opportunity to honor them. Their stories and sacrifices remind us of the bravery and dedication of our veterans. This Fourth of July, let us remember and appreciate the freedoms we enjoy, thanks to the sacrifices of heroes like Ben and Brad.

Enjoy these pictures of Ben and Brad, two remarkable individuals who have served our country.🇺🇸💪🏽👊🏽❤️
